Very simply, our center is designed to help you feel your best, relax and have fun.
Come for 15 minutes or stay for the whole day...YOU design the experience that you want and we will be here to support an guide you along the way.
Practitioner Access
A wide variety of highly experienced wellness and bodywork practitioners are accessible and ready to support your wellness goals. We use the best aspects of functional medicine, along with many types of energy modalities and energy psychology with new ways of connection to help you feel your best on all levels.
Areas for Deep Relaxation
Whether you want to simply have some quiet solitude or if you would rather join a group experience, it is all here for you to enhance and deepen your relaxation and rejuvenation. Some areas for relaxation can include the salt spa, the nature sanctuary, our Under-the-Stars studio, outdoor gardens or the library.
Exploration Center
A place to gain access to all sorts of complementary and alternative information. You can join interactive learning experiences or self-explore. There are always knowledgeable trainers on hand to answer your questions.
Wellness Entertainment
Evening and weekend events for connection and fun. You will leave feeling great! Check our monthly calendar for the most up-to-date schedule of performers.
Restaurants and Bars
Full lifestyle service grounded in functional medicine principles. Organic fast food? Yup we've got that. Dinner or a drink with your friends before a wellness event? Absolutely! Stop by our juice bar or come have fun at our sober bar scene for delicious drinks with a wellness twist!
